The beans are from Ethiopia Yirgachefe, one of the world's leading coffee producing regions, at an elevation of 1800-2350 meters. It is organic fair trade coffee which aids in protecting and improving the excellent coffee in the area and the people who grow it.

The coffee, a native Ethiopian variety, has a fruity and gorgeous flavor with a high maturity and a profile typical of the Yirgachefe region.
